What goes wrong in a meeting?
• Off track discussions
• Dominating members
• Not understanding reason / purposes for meeting
• People don’t read agenda and come prepared
• Not serious about starting time
• Not honest in expressing opinion / Insecure
• Fixed perception of people (therefore they may or may not hear to others)
• Highjack meeting
• Time wasted…. Non-core explanation / issue
• Don’t think meeting is important
• Need purpose
• Ending on time
• Having wrong person / missing the right person
